1. Agreement
These terms form a binding agreement between you and Nalam Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62011KA2026PTC222330), registered at 249, Baya Temple Bells, S 201 Second Floor, 6th Cross, 3rd Stage, BEML Layout, Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru 560098, Karnataka, India.
By creating an account or using Adspeak, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement.
2. What Adspeak does
Adspeak is a tool that helps you create and publish advertisements by speaking or typing in your own language. It asks about your business, drafts advertising copy, generates images or video, and — on your instruction — publishes campaigns to advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, then reports results back to you.
Adspeak is a tool, not an advertising agency. You decide what is advertised, to whom, and at what budget. We do not manage your campaigns on your behalf beyond what you instruct through the app.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and using Adspeak for a genuine business or professional purpose. If you use Adspeak on behalf of a company or firm, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these terms.
4. Your account
- You register with a mobile number verified by one-time password. Keep access to that number secure.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Give us accurate information about your business. Advertisements built on wrong details will be wrong.
- Tell us promptly if you believe someone else is using your account.
5. Credits and payment
Adspeak works on prepaid credits. Credits pay for our services — understanding your business, writing copy, generating images and video, and publishing campaigns.
- Prices are shown in the app before you spend. The cost of an action is always shown before it is charged.
- Credits are deducted when the work is done. If generation fails through our fault, the credits are returned.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate.
- Unused credits remain available while your account is active. If you close your account, unused credits lapse.
Refunds. Because generated content is produced immediately and cannot be un-made, credits spent on completed work are not refundable. If something goes wrong on our side, tell us and we will make it right — usually by restoring credits.
6. Advertising spend is separate
This is the most important commercial term, so it is stated plainly.
- You pay advertising platforms directly. Your money for advertising goes to Meta or Google on your own advertising account, using your own payment method.
- We take no commission on your advertising spend. We are paid only through credits for our own services.
- We do not hold, forward or refund advertising money. Billing disputes about advertising spend are between you and the platform.
- Any spending limit you set in Adspeak is a guide we apply to campaigns we create. It cannot override what your platform account allows, so also set limits there.
7. AI-generated content
Advertising copy, images and video produced by Adspeak are generated by artificial intelligence. That has consequences you should understand:
- Output can contain mistakes — wrong facts, awkward language, misspelled words inside images, or details that do not match your business.
- Output is not guaranteed to be unique. Similar prompts can produce similar results for different businesses.
- You must review every advertisement before publishing it. Once you approve and publish, you are responsible for what it says.
- Do not upload photographs of people without their permission, and do not ask Adspeak to depict real people without the right to do so.
8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring your advertisements are lawful, accurate and not misleading. In particular:
- You must have the right to advertise the goods or services shown, and to use any name, logo or photograph you supply.
- Claims you make about your business must be true — including prices, discounts, and any professional qualification.
- You must comply with Indian advertising law and any rules that apply to your trade, including sector-specific restrictions such as those on healthcare, finance, alcohol, tobacco and education.
- You must comply with the terms of the advertising platform on which your ad runs.
9. What you may not do
- Advertise anything illegal, or products whose sale is restricted without the necessary licence
- Create advertisements that are deceptive, defamatory, obscene, or that promote hatred or violence
- Impersonate another business, or use someone else's brand, logo or likeness without permission
- Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service
- Resell or white-label Adspeak without our written agreement
- Use the service to generate content unrelated to advertising your own business
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these rules, and where the law requires, report it.
10. Ownership
Your content stays yours. The business information you provide, and the advertisements generated for you, are yours to use. You grant us a licence to store and process them so we can run the service, and to display them back to you.
Our software stays ours. Adspeak, its name, logo, interface and underlying technology belong to Nalam Technologies Private Limited. Nothing here transfers those rights to you.
11. Third-party platforms
Publishing requires you to connect your own accounts with platforms such as Meta and Google. Those platforms have their own terms, review processes and policies. They may reject or remove your advertisement for reasons outside our control, and they may change their rules or pricing at any time. We are not responsible for their decisions.
12. Availability and performance
We work to keep Adspeak available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend it for maintenance, and may change or discontinue features.
We do not guarantee advertising results. No one can honestly promise a particular number of views, enquiries, customers or sales from an advertisement. Results depend on your business, your offer, your market and the platform's own systems.
13. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of Adspeak.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Ending this agreement
You may stop using Adspeak and delete your account at any time, from Settings in the app or by writing to us.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Where we discontinue the service and you hold unused credits paid for but unused, we will refund them.
Advertisements already published to your own platform accounts continue to run there until you stop them.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
We may update these terms as the service develops. The "last updated" date reflects the current version, and we will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Adspeak after that means you accept the change.
